It is our belief that everyone should have

some knowledge of a self-defense system.

We offer instruction in the Israeli tactical

fighting system "Krav Maga"

(Hebrew translation "contact combat").

Our instructors are able to offer students a realistic and practical solution to defend themselves against the many threats of violence, (common and uncommon) that are unfortunately prevalent in the world today.
