Women's self defense seminar on Saturday May 5th at the Wallingford YMCA was a
great success.

It is our belief that everyone should have
some knowledge of a self-defense system.
We offer instruction in the Israeli tactical
fighting system "Krav Maga"
(Hebrew translation "contact combat").
Our instructors are able to offer students a realistic and practical solution to defend themselves against the many threats of violence, (common and uncommon) that are unfortunately prevalent in the world today.
Our regular class schedule is
as follows:
Mon & Weds - 6:30pm-8:00pm
Sat - 9:45am-11:15am
